Chocolate Olive Oil Mousse

Ingredients

• 150 g dark chocolate
• 2 eggs, separated
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp sugar

Instructions

1. Melt chocolate gently.
2. Stir in olive oil and egg yolks.
3. Whip egg whites with sugar.
4. Fold whites into chocolate.
5. Chill before serving.
