  1. In a jar or bowl, mix oats, milk, yogurt, and maple syrup.
  2. Stir well until fully combined.
  3. Fold in half of the diced peaches.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
  5. Before serving, top with remaining peaches.
  6. Add chia seeds or nuts if desired and enjoy chilled.
